Mark Hiefield graduated from Gonzaga University in 1977 and began his career with Acker, Underwood, Beers & Smith where he practiced until 1995.

Mark's practice entails all aspects of insurance and self-insured defense litigation. He also frequently serves as an arbitrator for insurers in uninsured and underinsured motorist disputes in Oregon and Washington.

In addition to being a member of both the Oregon and Washington Bars, Mark is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
