Eric "Skip" Winters joined the firm in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Skip is a native Oregonian and returned to Oregon to graduate from Willamette University's College of Law in 1994.

Skip was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1994 and the Washington State Bar in 1997. He became a partner in the firm in 2002.

He is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Oregon and Washington Federal Bar Associations. He served as Chair of the Oregon State Bar's New Lawyers Division from 2002 to 2003.
