Richard Lee graduated from the University of Oregon Law School in 1984. Upon graduation Rick was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Rick practiced for two years in Eugene before moving to Portland to join Bodyfelt Mount. He became a partner in 1991.

Rick is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Washington State Bar, the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, and the American Bar Association.

Rick practices insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage matters. He emphasizes insurance coverage disputes concerning environmental claims.
