Vicki M. Smith graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 2001.  She received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University.  Vicki joined the firm in 2002, after clerking for the Honorable Lyle Velure in Lane County Circuit Court.

Vicki is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, both state and federal courts.  She is currently the Publications Representative for the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel's New Lawyers Practice Group. Vicki is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.  Vicki enjoys running marathons and rock climbing.
